1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking via our website or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. Our services include vehicle rentals, taxi operations, and guided tours in Mathura, Vrindavan, and Govardhan.

2. Rental Policy (Self-Drive)

Documentation: Valid original Driving License is mandatory. International guests require an IDP.
Handover: Refundable security deposit and ID proof (Passport/[Aadhaar Redacted]) required at handover.
Usage: Fuel is the user's responsibility. Late returns attract hourly charges.

3. Taxi & Tour Services

Driver Conduct: Our local experts are committed to safety and assistance.
Waiting: Standard waiting time is included; excessive delays may incur extra costs.

4. Conduct & Sanctity

Braj is sacred land. Alcohol, Smoking, and Non-Veg food are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Please respect temple traditions.

5. Liability & Disputes

We are not liable for delays due to traffic or weather. All legal disputes are subject to Mathura (UP) Jurisdiction only.
