Our transparent process ensures your journey remains worry-free.
1. Cancellation Windows
Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation before the trip:
- 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund (minus 5% processing fee).
- 24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the advance amount.
- Less than 24 Hours: No refund (vehicle is already blocked).
2. Security Deposit
For rentals, the deposit is 100% refundable upon safe return. Repairs for any damages will be deducted from this amount.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
4. Service Failures
In case of vehicle breakdown, we offer an alternative or a 100% refund. Delays due to weather or massive crowds are not refundable.
